Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries to ensure reliable and timely service.

We carefully package your order to ensure its safe arrival to you.

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 3-7 business days depending on your location

Orders over $150: Free shipping.

Orders under $150: Standard delivery fee of $15.

We recommend you purchase Extra Cover for purchases over $100 for peace of mind. In the instance your parcel is damaged during the delivery process, you are covered for your loss of up to $200.

If your item is valued over $100 you should purchase Extra Cover – it provides loss or damage cover up to $200. Please note, Australia Posts had advised Signature on Delivery is required for values over $500 at a cost of $2.95. If your item is lost or damaged and you haven’t purchased Extra Cover, compensation of up to $100 and a postage refund may be payable.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-orders let you pay in advance for an item before its official release date.

ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) dates for pre-orders can change without notice. We have no control over these dates and cannot guarantee their accuracy. There are some factors that may affect these lead times but not limited to supply chain distribution, regulatory and Customs Issues. If you prefer to have stock when its available for shipment, perhaps pre-ordering may not be an option for you.

We will ship your pre-order as soon as the stock arrives and is ready for dispatch.

In the instance you have an order that also contains pre-order items, the complete order will be held until all items are available. Alternatively, if you require items sooner, please contact us at info@omochahero.com.au  for a shipping quote to arrange a separate consignment.

Please note, once you have committed a pre-order by completing the transaction, any cancellation will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Order Cancellation:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Order Processing & Shipment

Generally:

1. Order Processing Time: Orders are prioritized for processing the day after the transaction, but it may take up to 3 business days to pack and dispatch.

2. Dispatch Notification: Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

If parcels are not collected or need to be returned due to incorrect information, postage costs cannot be refunded.

By placing an order, customers commit to the sale and confirm that all provided information, including the shipping address, is correct – ultimately to prevent delays and lost shipment.
