
Returns & Refunds Policy
We strive for customer satisfaction, but if you need to return an order, we're here to help. Please email us directly using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the screen, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
product is in a re-sellable condition, unopened, the seal is intact and the product is undamaged.
What we accept under our return process:
Damage that occurred during transport, where both carton and items are visibly damaged.
Incorrect item received that were not ordered in part or in full.
Unfortunately, we do not process refunds for:
Change of mind and ask that you choose carefully before committing to purchase.
Damages that may have occurred due to neglect or mishandling after order received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods:
Upon initial communication we will provide you with instruction to appropriately have items back with us.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
if incorrect items were dispatched to you, we will refund postage cost.
Exchanges are only provided once assessment concludes for item categorised as either defective or damaged . If you wish to exchange for the same item, we can accommodate however if there is nil stock we would process a refund. We will process this on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds:
Refund will be issued using same payment method initially placed on order, and you will not incur any fees during this process. Generally funds should be visible within two business days.
Please consider that processing time may vary however advise to check your bank account, credit card company or bank. These processing time is out of our control and if you have not received funds after such time, contact us and we will support as best we can.
